Maitland Concrete Works handles personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles. This page says what is collected, what happens to it and how to reach the operator about it.
Information collected
A form enquiry gives us your name, phone number, suburb, the type of job, any notes you type, an email address if you add one, and the address of the page you sent it from. A phone call gives us your number and, if you leave a message, a recording and a transcription of it. Where calls are recorded a notice says so at the start. Analytics, once installed, records pages viewed, rough location and whether the phone, quote buttons, form and calculator were used.
What it is used for
One purpose: getting your job quoted. Maitland Concrete Works is a referral service. Each enquiry goes to one independent concreter working the Maitland, Cessnock and Port Stephens council areas, who visits the block, measures, quotes in writing and does the work. The details you send are given to that concreter so they can ring you and arrange the site visit, and a copy stays with the operator of this site to follow up enquiries and keep the enquiry log. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for marketing that has no connection to your enquiry.
Where it lives
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, form emails are sent through Resend, the enquiry log is a Google Sheet, the phone number is provided by Twilio and analytics come from Google. Some of these companies keep data on servers outside Australia.
Seeing, fixing or deleting your details
Email enquiries@maitlandconcreteworks.com.au to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it removed. Complaints go to the same address first, and to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if the answer does not satisfy you.
